◆ ACT III · THE MATH

Hold what you've earned. Take ground you don't.

OFFENSE

Same six components. Same yardstick. Different ground. Both want to go up.
WHY TWO NUMBERS

One number is gameable. Add a losing aspirational prompt and your score drops, so the incentive becomes to hide losing ground. Two numbers separate "did you keep what you had" from "did you take new ground."

SCORED ACROSS 6 PLATFORMS
  • ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, AI Overviews, DeepSeek. Per-platform crawlers, rotating proxies, session isolation, daily incident transparency.
  • Every change is attributed: competitor action, content shift, platform recrawl. You see who moved you, not just that you moved.

◆ REVENUE ATTRIBUTION

Every AI citation that converts, tied to dollars.

Most tools track mentions. Citelligence tracks conversions: ecommerce sales, form fills, demo requests, qualified leads. Every AI-referred session is tagged by query and platform, mapped to the rank movement that earned it, and split between Defense (revenue you're keeping) and Offense (revenue you're taking).

Defense queries earn the revenue you're keeping. Offense queries earn the revenue you're taking. Same plumbing for DTC and B2B. Wired into Shopify, GA4, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM that speaks GA4.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

If you're deciding whether Citelligence fits, these are the questions most teams ask first.

What's the difference between Defense and Offense?

Defense scores against your Core prompts: queries you already win or compete on. It answers "are we holding the ground we earned?" Offense scores against your Conquest and Discovery prompts: queries you're going after but don't yet win. It answers "are we taking new ground?" Same six visibility components for both. Both want to go up. Two scores, never averaged, because a single composite is gameable on the denominator (add a losing aspirational prompt and your score drops, so the incentive becomes hiding losing ground). Each component is traceable back to raw AI responses, so you see exactly why a score moved.

What are the six visibility components under the scores?

Citation density, entity strength, topical authority, sentiment quality, surface coverage, structured data. Each is weighted by category. Each is observable in the raw AI responses. The Visibility Index is the underlying 0–100 composite of those six (useful for benchmarking against the field). Defense and Offense run the same six components against different prompt populations, which is what makes the split honest.

How do you actually track 1,000 prompts across six AI platforms daily?

Dedicated crawlers per platform with rotating proxies, session isolation, and per-platform rate limiting. The methodology is documented publicly, including where each platform can and can't be sampled, so you can audit the data instead of trusting it.

How are the tracked prompts chosen?

Seed keywords from your category, plus AI-expanded long-tail variations the model actually gets asked. You can add, remove, and tag prompts at any time. Pro and above auto-track the full long tail. Every prompt is classified Core, Conquest, or Discovery (which determines whether it scores into Defense or Offense).

How quickly do scores actually move?

DeadSoxy's average time from action published to measurable AI movement is 11 days. Movement depends on the platform. Perplexity and ChatGPT recrawl aggressively. Claude is slower. Your dashboard shows time-to-lift per action.

Who is this best for?

Founders and operators at DTC and B2B brands ($1M–$50M revenue) who are already taking SEO seriously and realizing AI is eating search. Also agencies running visibility for multi-brand portfolios. If you're not yet investing in search at all, Citelligence is overpowered for your stage.

What happens when a platform rate-limits or changes its API?

Fallback paths for every platform, plus incident transparency published in-dashboard. When a platform goes dark, you see it. The data never silently degrades.

you should know whether it's you.
